Following our earlier brand anthem, Frame AI returned with a rebrand and a need for a new piece — one that would more clearly articulate their evolving product and underlying technology.
I was responsible for the full visual development and execution of the piece, from early concepting through final delivery.
A core challenge was representing the sheer volume and complexity of customer communications their platform processes, while maintaining a clear and cohesive visual system.
I developed a language of simple icons and abstract forms to depict this network of communication channels and messages — surfacing the small but meaningful moments that drive stronger relationships between businesses and their customers.
